ROAD CLOSURES IN COUNTY GALWAY

The N6 Galway to Loughrea road is impassable at Craughwell, and diversions are in place.

The N17 is impassable at ClareGalway and diversions are also in place.

Cregmore road is closed at the Ruánmore junction.

The N17 Galway to Tuam road is impassable at two mile ditch and diversions are in place.

The N18 Galway to Limerick road is impassable at Crowe street in Gort.

Labane is also seriously flooded, and a stop-go system is in operation.

On the R349, the road between Loughrea and Athenry is impassable.

The R339 Galway to Monivea road is also impassable at a number of locations between Carnmore Cross and Monivea.
