RETAIL VACANCY RATES IN COUNTY EXPECTED TO RISE

The number of vacant retail spaces in Galway is expected to rise.

New figures released by Property services firm Experian show that the retail vacancy rate for Galway currently stands at 11.5%.

It’s expected to rise to 12.1% by next February.

The national average is 14.7%.
