REPORT REVEALS POSSIBILITY OF TRANSPORT SERVICE FOR ARAN ISLANDS

A proposed Roll-On Roll-Off transport service for the Aran Islands is possible, but not without additional infrastructure, a new report has found.

The Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, Éamon O Cuiv, has welcomed the results of the independent study and said it will assist the Department in planning further development of the islands.
