RELIEF IN PORTUMNA AS NEXT YEAR’S BRIDGE CLOSURE SHORTENED

There’s relief in Portumna as the closure of the bridge next year has been shortened to nine days.

Waterways Ireland has agreed to shorten their timeframe for upgrading works from 5 months to nine days following opposition from locals and councillors.
