REDUCED CLARINBRIDGE HOUSING GETS GO AHEAD

Plans to build a highly controversial housing estate in Clarinbridge have got the go ahead, although County Planners have changed the proposals somewhat

Oyster Homes were hoping to build a total 45 houses on an 8 acre site at Parklands East Clarinbridge

The company was advised to build the development in 3 phases and therefore phase one comprised of 14 houses

County Planners have agreed that Phase one of the project can go ahead if the number of houses is reduced to 8
