RED CROSS TO MAKE FLOOD PAYMENTS THIS WEEK

The Red Cross is expected to make payments to the victims of last November’s floods this week.

Over 160 residents from across Galway made an application for the charitable funds.

Payments are expected to be between of one and four thousand euro depending on the severity of damage caused by the floods.

The Charity came under fire in recent days for the delay in making any payment after collecting 1 point 4 million euro for those affected.
