Recruitment partnership for Galway city

Two of the city’s major recruitment companies have signed a new partnership that will bring their respective skillsets to the table.

Collins McNicholas Recruitment & HR services Group has linked up with IT recruitment specialists CompuStaff, based in Galway.

CompuStaff was established by IT recruitment expert Ronan O’Sullivan and business manager Liam Delaney in October 2017, after they recognised the demand for a specialist IT consultancy to service the Western region. Geraldine Flanagan joined as a partner in April 2018, due to rapid growth in the market.

The three managing partners have over 60 years’ combined experience in IT recruitment and staffing and have worked with start-up projects, SMEs and large multinational organisations.

They have recruited people from graduate level right through to executive placements and have provided staffing solutions to many companies operating in the IT sphere along the Western seaboard.
