Public urged to attend meeting on Galway transport needs

Galway bay fm newsroom – The public is encouraged to attend a meeting in the city tonight about future priorities for infrastructure in Galway and the west.

Engineers Ireland has organised the event, which will include short presentations from leading experts on the future transport needs in the west, including the Outer City Bypass.

The audience will be asked to grade the current infrastructure and put forward priorities for the next 5 years.

The public event gets underway at The Ardilaun Hotel, Taylors Hill at 7 o’ clock this evening. (14/1)
