A public meeting is to be held over continuing water shortages in a city suburb.

The warm weather last week, coupled with high winds have caused low water levels in the River Corrib, leaving homes and businesses in Moycullen and Barna without a supply since last Thursday.

Emergency water tankers have been supplied in Tonabrocky, Killagoola and Barna, and people are being urged to boil this water before consumption.
