PSYCHIATRIC NURSES TO PROTEST AT MERLIN PARK

Psychiatric nurses will protest at Merlin Park hospital this afternoon.

Staff are calling on the HSE to address what they say are ‘unacceptable levels of assaults on nurses’ at the child and adolescent unit.

The protest from midday to 2pm is part of ongoing industrial action at the hospital for the last four weeks.
