PROPOSAL TO CREATE FORUM FOR CITY BUS USERS

People who use bus transport in the city could soon have a forum to contribute opinions and suggestions about how it could run more efficiently.

Councillor Derek Nolan is proposing the creation of a bus users ‘forum’ involving the City Council, Bus Éireann and City Direct.

Bus users and stakeholders would be able to put forward suggestions and ask questions about the operation of city bus services and provide feedback on passenger experiences.

Councillor Nolan says it would be a good idea to try and tackle some problems with city bus services.
