Proposal for residential development at Rosshill Road in Roscam

Galway Bay fm newsroom – Plans are being considered for a residential development on lands at Rosshill Road in Roscam.
The proposal led by Proofridge limited sets out to build five two-storey, five-bed detatched dwellings on sites numbered 5-9 with associated car parking.
Outline permission is being sought for the development located to the south of a previously approved residential development.
City planners are due to make a decision in September
