Progress with Clifden school project

A Galway West TD says progress is being made with the provision of a new school in Clifden.

Fianna Fail’s Éamon Ó Cuív says the Department of Education is now reviewing the stage 2b submission from the design team for the new community school.

There was widespread shock and dissapointment when the school project was not included in the Department of Educations 5 year building plan.

Deputy O’ Cuív says although progress is slow, the project is getting closer to completion.
