PRISON SENTENCE FOR ARDRAHAN MAN FOR CITY ASSAULT

A young Ardrahan man has been given a nine months prison sentence for an assault in the city centre.

24 year old Enda Holland pleaded guilty at the last minute in court this week to assaulting Oisin. McManus, causing him harm, and to assaulting Conor McCarrick.

Mr McManus said he no longer felt safe walking around the city.
