PRESIDENT MCALEESE TO VISIT GALWAY CITY AND COUNTY

President Mary McAleese will have a busy schedule when she visits Galway next week

President McAleese will begin her tour of Galway with a visit to St. Brendan’s National School, Annaghdown at 10.50am on Thursday next

The President will then be the guest of honour at the Galway Science and Technology Festival at Galway Education Centre at Wellpark in the city at noon

From there, President McAlees will travel to An Chaeathrú Rua where she will officially open a new unit of Tigh Nan Dooley at 2.40pm

Finally the President will finish off her tour of Galway with a visit to Halla Éine in An Cheathrú Rua to view a showcase of Community Activity at half past three next Thursday
