DNG Maxwell, Heaslip & Leonard will hold their September auction next Wednesday, with a selection of homes in the city and county on offer.

Auctioneer James Heaslip said there will be a mix of properties on offer, with something to suit all needs.

“We believe that this auction has a huge amount of value on display, with every lot being priced very keenly. We are expecting a busy afternoon with many of the potential buyers already making enquires about purchasing prior to the auction.”

Among the properties on offer are:

5 Fahy Gardens, Loughrea. A two-storey mid-terraced house in a well-established estate on the Lake Road. The 900 sq ft three-bed property is in need of considerable refurbishment. The Advised Minimum Value is €90,000. There is an open viewing this Saturday from 11am to 11.30am.

1 Emmet Avenue, Mervue, Galway. A wonderful three-bedroom end-terrace home with 900 sq ft of living space. The house is adjacent to a wide range of amenities, including local schools, industrial estates and business parks. It is in need of modernisation. The AMV is €200,000. Open viewing on Saturday from noon to 1pm.

20 Dock Road, Galway. A two storey, end of terrace residence in a wonderful location in the city centre of around 970 square feet and overlooking the Docks. It is in need of complete refurbishment, but it is an ideal city centre residence or investment property. The property qualifies for tax incentives under the ‘Living City Initiative’, with capital allowances available. The AMV is €250,000. Open viewings on Saturday 1.30pm to 2.30pm.

6 Lenaboy Gardens, Salthill. A wonderfully-presented three-bed semi built in the 1930s. It would benefit from modernisation and offers huge potential as a family home, with 1,450 sq ft of living space including a rear extension. The AMV is €320,000. Open viewing on Saturday from 3pm-4pm.
