PLANS FOR NEW TEMPORARY SCHOOL BUILDING IN LOUGHREA

Plans are underway for a temporary single storey school building in Loughrea.

The application by St Raphael’s College provides for five classrooms in the grounds of the schools.

It serves the areas of Loughrea, Baunoge and Farranalynch.

St Raphael’s College is within the curtilage of a protected structure as defined by Part 4 of the 2000 Planning Development Act.

Galway County Council is due to make its decision next month
