PLANS FOR MULTI MILLION EURO BRIARHILL DEVELOPMENT

Plans are in the pipeline for a multi million euro development at Briarhill.

James and Laurence Costelloe have applied to the city council to build a warehouse measuring over 15 and a half thousand feet for retail use.

The mixed use development, if approved, will include 5 floors with offices, retail units and outside garden centre.
