PLANS FOR MAJOR DEVELOPMENT AT PARKMORE IN THE CITY

Plans are in the pipeline for a major new housing development on the Tuam Road.

Developers Bernard Duffy and Hugh Heskin have applied for permission to build 90 residential units in Parkmore.

The development will consist of split level detached houses, three storey terraced houses, apartments, townhouses and a semi detached house.

Bernard Duffy and Hugh Heskin have also plans for a crèche, ESB sub station, a new entrance and car-parking on the site.
