PLANS APPROVED FOR NEW PROMENADE AND BUILDINGS IN BARNA

Plans for a new promenade and coastal walk, along with a reidential and retail development at Seapoint in Barna have got the go-ahead.

An appeal against the development has been refused and the original decision to grant planning permission to Jim and Tom Cunningham has been upheld.

The development attracted opposition from locals in Barna, who appealed against the coastal amenity park and apartments.
