Planning condition relaxed on Galway Shopping Centre unit

Lindat Limited applied to the Council to remove the requirement for prior agreement as to the nature and type of items for sale in the retail unit.

Lindat Limited has been granted planning permission to modify the previous condition of planning, that the nature of a new business at the former Atlantic Homecare store must be agreed with the Council prior to the unit being leased.

The Council has agreed to modify the condition to facilitate the use of the premises for regular ‘shop’ use.

They have imposed two new conditions and one states that details of any signage for the new shop must agreed by the planning authority.
