PENSION LEVY TOPS AGENDA FOR GALWAY GATHERING OF CIVIL SERVANTS

The country’s biggest Civil Service Union is holding its annual conference in Galway next week.

Delegates from the Civil & Public Services Union, the CPSU, will gather at the Radisson SAS hotel next Friday and Saturday, April 3rd and 4th to debate the economic crisis.

The union’s dispute with the Government over what it’s calling an “unfair and unjust attack on lower paid” will also be discussed.
