PAUL O GRADYS INDECENT ASSAULT TRIAL PUT BACK TO JANUARY

The trial of a Tuam man charged with indecent assault against a male has been put back to the New Year.

Paul O’Grady of Dublin Road, Tuam, was remanded on continuing bail to appear before Galway Circuit Criminal Court on January 13th to fix a date for trial.

Paul O’Grady is facing charges of indecent assault.

His case was listed for hearing at Galway Circuit Criminal court today and members of the public were ready and waiting to be empanelled for a jury.

However another case is still being heard by presiding Judge Raymond Groarke, which is expected to last another two days.
