PARK N RIDE PLANNED FOR NUI GALWAY

The parking crux at NUI Galway looks set to be eased.

Plans for a major new park ‘n’ ride facility catering for 500 cars at the university have been lodged with the city council.

If the plans at Upper Newcastle Road get the go ahead, the park ‘n’ ride will have its own bus service and will shuttle staff and students around the campus for free.
