Pageant, the latest show from CoisCéim Dance Theatre comes to the Town Hall Theatre on Tuesday next, March 19.

Created by David Bolger and Muirne Bloomer it explores how there is pageantry in everything humans do, from walking the tightrope of life, jumping through hoops and bending over backwards to please

Inspired by life and the extra-ordinary of the everyday, Pageant celebrates the performer in everybody.

Dancing to a powerful score with music from Bowie to Ravel, Pageant’s stellar cast of seven professional dancers will inject passion and pathos into their performance as they weave an exhilarating journey from choreographic mayhem through to military precision. David Bolger and Muirne Bloomer are choreographers and friends who have previously choreographed opening ceremonies for the Special Olympics, The Ryder Cup and the UEFA Europa League Final.

Their show starts at 8pm next Tuesday, March 19. Booking at tht.ie, at the Town Hall box office or at 091-569777.
