Over 3 million worth of Galway property sold at public auction

O’ Donnellan and Joyce Auctioneers placed 23 properties for sale at the auction in the Harbour hotel at the Docks yesterday. (12 July)

20 of the 23 properties for sale at public auction were sold.

These include a property in Glenard avenue in Salthill for 425 thousand euro – 45 thousand more than its guide price.

Another property to attract a large number of bidders was a property at Ballard East in Barna which sold for 320 thousand euro.

Meanwhile, 10 acres of land at Mountbellew sold for 86 thousand euro while 7.1 acres of land at Drum East Ornanswell sold for 77 thousand euro.

In all, O’ Donnellan and Joyce, which is based in the city centre, sold 3.3 million euro worth of property.
