Oranmore locals concerned about speeding on Maree Road
Galway Bay fm newsroom – A public meeting of local residents has heard concerns regarding speeding on the Maree Road.
A proposal was put forward to have safety measures implemented to slow down traffic between the old school house and Beal an Bhradáin bridge.
These include the use of ramps and the installation of three pedestrian crossings.
Residents hope to meet with Council engineers to discuss their concerns and devise a plan:
