ORANMORE CLOSER TO NEW SCHOOL BUILDING

The village of Oranmore is a step closer to getting a new school building.

The county council has approved planning permission for a new 2 storey school that will replace Gaelscoil de hÍde.

The new building, which is heavily dependent on Government funding, will be two storeys, with 16 classrooms and will include a special needs unit.
