O’Donnellan & Joyce have reported a strong turnout for open viewings ahead of their Wild Atlantic Way Summer auction, which takes place on June 8.

Auctioneer Colm O’Donnellan said the auction – which will include around 80 properties – offers plenty of choice for investors, first-time buyers and families.

Among the properties for sale are:

69 St Brendan’s Avenue, Woodquay, Galway. A two-bed mid-terrace property arranged over two floors with a private yard at the rear. Whilst presented in good condition, the property would benefit from modernisation and gives a purchaser the opportunity to create their own city home. The Advised Minimum Value is €165,000. Open viewings on Wednesdays and Saturdays 2pm to 3pm.

23 Crescent Court, Fr Griffin Road, Galway. A wonderful three-bed duplex apartment located over the first and second floors, which is conveniently located within five minutes’ walk of the city centre and Salthill Promenade. The property is located to the front of the development above the SuperValu supermarket within a secure gated complex. It is in turn-key condition. According to the auctioneers, it would prove to be an ideal owner occupied residence, holiday home or gilt-edged investment. The AMV is €230,000. Open viewings Wednesdays and Saturdays 3.30pm to 4.30pm.

Lavally, Clarinbridge. A charming bungalow in a rural setting on a half-acre site 25 minutes’ drive from Eyre Square and eight minutes to Clarinbridge village. The AMV is €185,000. Open viewings Wednesdays and Saturdays 3.30pm to 4.30pm.
