OFFICIALS AND CLLR CONNEELY ACCUSED OF HOLDING CITY TO RANSOM

Officials and Cllr Padraig Conneely have been accused of holding the city to ransom

The accusations were made at this afternoon’s meeting of the city council as officials refuse to co-operate with Cllr Conneely until he apologises for his behaviour in the chamber at previous meetings

The meeting has been ajourned for 15 minutes
