Official opening for new Oughterard school

Galway Bay fm newsroom – The official opening of the new Oughterard National School will take place at 5 o’clock this evening.
Well known sports commentaior Michael O Muirchartaigh will cut the tape, and the school will then be blessed by Bishop Martin Drennan of Galway.
The new school is an amalgamation of the former boys and girls schools, and is also in line for an architectural award.
