NUIG TO HOST BIGGEST SCIENCE EXHIBITION IN WEST

Around 20-thousand-people are expected to descend on the campus of NUI Galway this Sunday.

It’s for the annual Galway Science and Technology Festival Exhibition.

The free event involves some of the biggest names in the industry such as Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Cisco and SAP.

EU Commissioner for Science, Innovation and Research Máire Geoghegan-Quinn will open the event at NUIG’s Bailey Allen Hall.
