NUI Galway spends 16 thousand euro on bullying cases

NUIGalway has spent 16 thousand euro on bullying cases involving academic and support staff.

Details provided to the Irish Examiner show that three of the cases at NUIG are ongoing and the four other cases were not upheld.

There were no bullying cases involving students at NUIG.

Waterford Institute of Technology and Trinity College Dublin dealt with the highest number of allegations of bullying among staff and students in the past five years.
