NUI Galway second-level teaching programmes could face quotas

Galway Bay fm newsroom – Teacher-training courses at NUI Galway could see the introduction of quotas – to prevent an oversupply of second-level teachers in certain subjects.
Subject quotas are to be introduced for post-graduate teacher programmes for training in key subjects for the first time based on information from the Department of Education.
