NUI GALWAY NAMED IRISH UNIVERSITY OF THE YEAR

NUIGalway has been named as the Sunday Times Irish University of the Year.

The college got the award after moving up to fourth place in the newspaper’s annual league table of Irish third-level institutions, which will be published this weekend.

It’s the second time, NUIG has scooped the title, winning it previously in 2002.
