Galway Bay fm newsroom – A report on accessibility for students with disabilities will be presented to the president of NUI Galway this week.

A ‘user-experience’ survey has been carried out by a team of law students at the university as part of NUI Galway’s Disability Awareness Week.

Equality and accessibility issues will be the focus of the four-day programme of events, which gets underway on campus tomorrow.

The survey findings will be presented to President Dr James Browne on Thursday.

Lewis Oyaro, a student in International Comparitive Disability Law at NUI Galway, says the report will be used to make recommendations.
