Northwest Fine Gael MEP to resist any moves to oust him from party
Galway Bay fm newsroom – North West MEP Jim Higgins is insisting he’s in fighting fit shape and form to contest next year’s European Parliament elections.
The Fine Gael MEP has dismissed media speculation that Fine Gael headquarters has been trying to persuade him to step down and leave the field open to a new party candidate to run for an MEP seat in his constituency. He says he will resist any moves to oust him.
