The minister of state for housing Michael Finneran has intervened in a dispute surrounding the eviction of a 73 year old man from a sheltered accommodation scheme in Galway.

Cluid Housing Association based in Ballybrit business park in the city, has confirmed to the Sunday Tribune it has launched legal proceedings to remove pensioner Des mcGreal.
