NO BUYERS FOR CLIFDEN MART AT FIRESALE AUCTION

A cluster of commercial developments in the Clifden area failed to sell at a large fire sale property auction held in Dublin yesterday.

The 12 commercial units known as The Mart in Clifden, had a guide price of €290,000.

According to the Irish Independent, this was withdrawn when bidding petered out at €277,500.

A total of 99 properties were sold at yesterday’s fire sale.
