NO ARRESTS FOLLOWING BOMBSCARE HOAX IN GALWAY

There have been no arrests yet following bombscare hoaxes at nightclubs in Galway, Mayo and Offaly over the weekend.

There are four reported hoaxes in the Bentley nightclub in Eyre Square, Haydens hotel in Ballinasloe, the Western Hotel Claremorris and a venue in Tullamore.

No suspect device was found in any of the four premises, and revellers were able to go back and finish their evenings.

No arrests have yet been made, and investigations are ongoing.
