NEW WATER SCHEMES FOR CONNEMARA

A number of areas in West Connemara are in line for a new water supply later this year.

There are plans to add extensions to public water mains in three areas and work could begin in the next few months.

Two of the schemes will get water from the new Killciarán-Carna regional water scheme while another scheme will be developed in Letterfrack.
