NEW TENANT PURCHASE SCHEME FOR GALWAY

Galway County Council has adopted a new fixed-term tenant purchase scheme, outlined in this year’s national Budget.

The new scheme applies to tenants of 10 years or longer and is open for applications until the end of this year.

The scheme provides for a maximum discount of 45 percent on market price.

It does not replace the existing 1995 Tenant Purchase Scheme but is in addition to it.
