NEW PRIMARY CARE CENTRE FOR KNOCKNACARRA

Knocknacarra will be the first area in the county to get one of four new primary care health centres.

Each centre will accommodate a GP, Public Health Nurse, Practice Nurse, Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist.

The first health care centre will cater for the population of the Salthill/Knocknacarra area which has over 22,000 residents.
