NEW CAR REGISTRATIONS IN GALWAY DOWN ON 2008

Sales of new cars in Galway last month were down considerably on last year’s figure.

That’s according to the latest figures released by the Society of the Irish Motor Industry.

The drop in new cars registered in Galway mirrors the national trend which is down over 50 per cent.
