New bail terms approved for Craughwell developer
Galway Bay fm newsroom – New bail terms have been agreed in the High Court for former Craughwell-based developer Kevin McGeever.
The 68 year former businessman is charged with wasting Garda time after he claimed he had been kidnapped, when he was found on a roadside in Leitrim in January.
He later admitted lying about his claim of false imprisonment and was arrested.
He was remanded in custody at Harristown Court last month, when he couldn’t come up with the money for bail.
According to today’s Irish Independent, new bail terms have been agreed on his own bond of 10 thousand euro.
He’s due to appear at Harristown District Court today. (9/8)
