NAVY TO JOIN CITY SEARCH FOR TWO MISSING MEN

The Navy is to join the search for two men who were seen entering the water in the city in the past week.

A 19 year old man was seen entering the water last weekend [Jan 8] while another man, aged 47, was spotted in the water near Spanish Arch at about seven o’ clock last evening.

A Navy crew is to join forces with Gardai later today who have been searching for the 19 year old man for six days after he was last seen entering the water at O’Brien’s bridge last Sunday morning.

The search will now also focus on another man who last evening was seen in the water in the Spanish Arch area.
