NAMA takes legal action against Galway native developer

Galway Bay fm newsroom – The National Asset Management Agency is taking legal action against a Galway-native developer over the transfer of property to his daughter.

High Court proceedings are underway against Glenamaddy native, Ray Grehan over a property in Carrick-on-Shannon that he transferred to his daughter Leanne.

According to today’s Irish Independent, Ray Grehan owes NAMA more than 300million euro but secured bankruptcy protection in the UK in 2011.
