NAMA makes 45 deals for social housing in Galway city
Galway Bay fm newsroom – 45 agreements between NAMA and the local authority in Galway city have been reached in relation to social housing.
The figures were provided by Housing Minister, Jan O’ Sullivan in response to a Dáil question.
However the Minister confirmed that no housing has been transferred by NAMA to local authorities in 16 counties, including County Galway.
According to today’s Irish Star, there were 45 deals completed in the city, but the largest number of NAMA houses made available for social housing was in Dublin where 433 deals were completed.
