MULTI MILLION EURO HOUSING ESTATES PLANNED FOR KNOCKNACARRA

Two new multi million euro housing estates are in the pipeline for Knocknacarra.

In plans lodged with the city council, Michael Burke has applied to build 150 new houses and a creche on the Ballymoneen Road.

The detached, terraced, semi detached houses and apartments are earmarked for a site at Ballynahown East.

Meanwhile, Model Investment Partnership has applied to build 109 houses and apartments at Mincloon Cross.

The multi million euro estate will be accessed from the Rahoon and Clybaun Roads and will have its own childcare facility.
