More time sought to build houses on east of city

Galway Bay fm newsroom – A major development on the east side of the city could still go ahead.

Joesph Joyce has applied for more time to build 84 residential units and 118 car spaces at Castlegar Road.

Planning permission which had previously been granted is due to expire.

The City Council will decide on an extension of time on the planning permission for the Castlegar development next month.
